We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Awesome Studio! To ensure you have a seamless and wonderful stay, here are a few quick details to keep in mind:

🏡 Your Hosts Nearby: Your hosts live in the main house on the property. You will have complete privacy in the studio, but they’re nearby if you ever need anything!

🔏 Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.

🤫 Quiet Neighborhood: We are located in a quiet residential area. Please be respectful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, out of respect for our neighbors.

👤 Primary Guest: The guest who made the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.

🚫 🎉 No Parties or Events: Because we are located in a historic residential neighborhood, we maintain a strict no-parties policy out of respect for our neighbors and the building.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors: There is no smoking indoors, please. However, the porch is all yours.

🧺 Laundry Access: The door as you walk in the front of the place the door to the left, or on the right at the bottom of the stairs, as you walk out is into the garage. Go through the door and to the right against the back wall is a double door. Open the doors and the washer and dryer are located in there.

🧼 Care of the Studio: Awesome Studio is professionally maintained to a standard we're genuinely proud of. To preserve the quality of our linens and finishes, please refrain from using bleach-based cleaning products during your stay—our team handles all the deep cleaning between guests.

🌿 Fragrance-Free Space: To keep the air clear and comfortable for guests with sensitivities, please leave incense, essential oil diffusers, and similar fragrance items at home.

🧴 Toiletry Checklist: We provide the essentials to get you started! For longer stays, please plan to bring along your personal toiletries to supplement.

🐾 Pets are not allowed

📝 Rental Agreement: A rental agreement and ID verification is required prior to check-in.

We kindly ask that you treat the home with care, as if it were your own. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, comfortable retreat where guests can truly relax and make lasting memories. This property is professionally managed by Host Help Property Management. Our team is available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay, with office hours from 8am–12pm EST.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
