- Reserved off-street parking for 2 vehicles directly beside the home. Park in front on the old garage area in the two spaces on the RIGHT side (closest to the home).
- Entry through front door with keyless PIN code lock that is specific to you
- Situated on Pelican Lane in between the beach access and charter fishing docks in the canal. Just a one minute walk in either direction to reach the beach access or canal.
