Tucked beneath the upper level of a classic Surf City beach house, Below Deck is your own private world: separate entrance, private deck, and a brand new hot tub that's exclusively yours for the entirety of your stay. No sharing. No scheduling. Just you, the jets, and however many stars are out over Topsail Island that evening.

The beach is 0.1 miles away — a two-minute walk with four beach chairs already waiting for you to grab on the way out. The Surf City Pier is five minutes down the road. And when you come back sandy and sun-warmed, the hot tub is right there to finish the job properly.
Below Deck isn't trying to be the fanciest address on the island. It's trying to be the one you actually enjoy — comfortable, well-equipped, pet-friendly, and located where making a beach trip memorable feels effortless.

Pet Policy:
We welcome up to two fully housebroken dogs with prior approval — please message us before booking. A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies and is spread evenly across your nightly rate at checkout. Please clean up after your dogs promptly throughout the stay. Dogs must stay off furniture and linens. No other animals please.

Arrival & departure:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM via keyless PIN — your private code arrives before you do. Checkout is by 10:00 AM. Please don't park on the property before check-in or after checkout — park on the right side of the driveway only. Unapproved late departures may incur a $200 fee.

Care of the home:
Our team takes pride in keeping Below Deck spotless between every stay. Please skip the bleach — our cleaners handle that. No incense or essential oil diffusers; scents linger and some guests have sensitivities.

Smoke-free property:
Below Deck is completely smoke-free indoors. Smoking inside will result in a $250 deodorization fee.

Neighbors & noise:
Good neighbors make good stays. Please keep noise considerate and low — especially in the evenings.

Rental agreement:
A short rental agreement is required before check-in.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
