A half bathroom and laundry closet with washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience.

• Smoking: This is a smoke-free home. To keep the space fresh for all guests, smoking is not permitted inside. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.
• Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late check-outs may result in a $250 fee, as this impacts our cleaning schedule for incoming guests.
• Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
• Cleaning Products: To help prevent accidental staining or damage, please avoid using bleach during your stay. Our professional cleaning team handles this between guests to maintain our cleanliness standards.
• Scents & Candles: For the comfort of all guests, including those with sensitivities, please do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items inside the home.
• Gatherings: This home is intended for relaxing getaways only. Parties or events are not permitted.
• Occupancy: Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight in the home.

Pet Policy 🐾

We’re happy to welcome dogs with prior approval!

• Please message us for pet approval before booking
• Pets must be added to the reservation during booking
• A non-refundable $250 pet fee applies per stay
• Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted
• Dogs must be fully housebroken
• Please clean up after your pet
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens
• Dogs must be under 60 lbs
• No cats permitted due to a family allergy

We kindly ask that you treat the home with care, as if it were your own. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, comfortable oceanfront retreat where guests can truly relax and make lasting memories.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
