• Bedroom 1: King bed, SmartTV, en suite bathroom, slider to deck and ocean views! (2nd floor)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, SmartTV, slider to deck (shared deck w/ 3rd bedroom, 2nd floor)
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, SmartTV, slider to deck (shared deck w/ 2nd bedroom, 2nd floor)
• Bedroom 4: Full over Full and Twin over Twin bunk beds, SmartTV, slider to deck (front of home, 3rd floor)
• Bedroom 5: Twin over Full bunk bed (ground floor)
• Baby gear: high chair, crib, pack 'n play, safety gates provided.
• Beach chairs, toys, Shibumi Shade and beach cart (with BIG wheels to make it easier to drag through the sand) provided

Pet Policy:
• $250 non-refundable pet fee. Max 2 dogs. Max 50lbs.
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $250 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-refundable.
• Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be fully housebroken.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens.
• No cats allowed due to an allergy in the family.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $250 fee for deodorization treatment • Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• Keep doors and windows closed; the salt air will fry electronics faster than you think!
• Help us keep sand out of the house by rinsing off with the shower/hose before entering
• Help us keep the sea turtle hatchlings safe by turning off all lights at night (lights can confuse them which can cause them harm)
• No parking on the grass
• Help us keep bugs from being enticed into the home by eating and drinking only in the kitchen/dining areas
• Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells
• Guest must sign rental agreement

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
