The Space:
A residential elevator connects all four floors effortlessly, with seven bedrooms across three floors providing genuine privacy for every couple, family, or friend group. Six full bathrooms and a half bath mean no one is ever waiting. Dual laundry rooms bring ease when you need it.
Throughout you'll find vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, skylights, a wet bar, and whole-home integrations including surround sound, Wi-Fi repeaters on every floor, a multi-zone speaker system, and integrated whole-home dehumidifiers — because your coastal vacation should feel like luxury.
The kitchen is exceptional: refrigerators, dual dishwashers, a 48-inch professional gas range, double oven, built-in microwave, ice maker, and a mini fridge. Groups who cook will be in their element. Groups who cater will have the counter space to handle it.
The living area is just as incredible — a massive portrait television, floor-to-ceiling views of the Atlantic, and glass doors that open onto the front and rear decks: ocean ahead, Intracoastal behind. Morning coffee here is a ritual. Sunset here is an event. Dinner here, with the doors open and the sound carrying up from the pool, is why groups decide to come back before they leave.

Arrival & departure:
Your stay begins at 4:00 PM. Your private access code will be sent in advance — no front desk, no waiting, just you and the property. Departure is by 10:00 AM, allowing our team the time they need to prepare the home to the same standard you arrived to. Please don't park on the property before check-in or after check-out. If an early check-in is something you'd love, just ask — we'll do everything we can to accommodate. Unapproved late departures may incur a $200 fee.
Care of the home:
Sandy Feet & Salty Air is professionally maintained to a standard we're genuinely proud of. To preserve the quality of the linens, surfaces, and finishes, we ask that guests refrain from using bleach-based cleaning products during their stay — our team handles all deep cleaning between guests. We also ask that incense, essential oil diffusers, and similar fragrance items be left at home; they can be difficult to clear before the next guests arrive and may affect those with sensitivities.
Smoke-free property:
This is a non-smoking property throughout — indoors and on all covered spaces. Should the home require deodorization treatment, a $250 fee will apply.
Neighbors & community:
The surrounding neighborhood is part of what makes this location special. We ask all guests to be mindful of their neighbors and keep noise at a considerate level, particularly in the evenings.
Rental agreement:
A rental agreement is required prior to check-in. We'll send it ahead of your arrival — concise, clear, and in place to protect both parties.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
