*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please note if you are viewing this listing that we have adjusted pricing to reflect an ongoing renovation of the entire Pelican Watch complex expected through the end of 2026. However, we would still love to host you for your beach escape. Beach access, Indoor heated pool, and hot tub will remain open. The outdoor pool will be closed for the 2026 season.

House Rules:
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $250 fee for deodorization treatment.
- PARKING PASSES AND KEY FOB MUST BE RETURNED TO ENTRY WAY TABLE TO AVOID REPLACEMENT FEES. PARKING PASSES ($50) and KEY FOB ($150)
- Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee.
- Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
- Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low.
- In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
- Guest must sign rental agreement.

Parking:
- Max 2 vehicles. Only 2 parking passes can be provided and are in the unit upon arrival.
- Please display parking pass on rear view mirror as quickly as possible to avoid any issues.
- Guest parking is located in the paved lot across the street.
- Guest can use the front of the building temporarily to unload bags and retrieve the parking passes from the unit.
- Parking next to and under the building is reserved for owners only.
- Parking in the lot on the north side of Pelican Watch is a paid town parking lot. Pelican Watch parking passes do not permit parking in this area.
- PARKING PASSES MUST BE RETURNED TO THE ENTRY TABLE UPON CHECK OUT OR GUEST WILL INCUR A $50 REPLACEMENT FEE.

Common Space Access:
- Pelican Watch guests have access to the outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, and indoor hot tub with the key fob provided.
- Outdoor pool is seasonal. Indoor heated pool and hot tub are open year round.
- Guests do not have access to the owner lounge/conference room or gym equipment room.
- AMENITY KEY FOB MUST BE RETURNED TO THE ENTRY TABLE UPON CHECK OUT OR GUEST WILL INCUR A $150 REPLACEMENT FEE.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
